The fragrance alone was amazing. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Times Deliveries are made during our regular delivery hours. While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, order volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery may be available depending on the time the order is placed, flower availability, and delivery location. We recommend ordering as early as possible.
Recipient Availability Please provide the recipient’s correct name, complete delivery address, apartment or suite number, and a valid phone number. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may contact the recipient or sender for further instructions.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if we need to make a second delivery attempt because of an incorrect address, missing information, or an unavailable recipient.
Hospitals, Businesses & Gated Communities Deliveries to hospitals, offices, hotels, gated communities, and other secured locations are subject to the facility’s delivery and access policies. Flowers may need to be left with reception, security, or another authorized representative.
